Assistant Professor or Instructor
Applications are invited for a full-time position at the level of Assistant Professor or Instructor in Biomedical Equipment Technology at MediSend International’s Global Education Center. The successful candidate will provide academic instruction, research and leadership for students participating in the Biomedical Equipment Technology Program and is expected to demonstrate strong commitment to excellence in graduate education and the capability for establishing a strong educational program.
International Programs Manager
The International Programs Manager is responsible for the coordination, management and development of the International Aid Program, as well as the admissions and marketing component of the Biomedical Repair Training Program. Reporting directly to the CEO, the International Programs Manager establishes professional working relationships with a diverse base of recipient clients, program sponsors, donors and a variety of international organizations to ensure proper application for and service delivery of medical aid to communities in developing countries. Simultaneously, the International Programs Manager drives recruitment efforts, develops documentation and collects information essential for the qualification of Biomedical Repair Training Program candidates. The International Programs Manager, with the support of a grant writer, oversees the grant qualification, submission and reporting process.
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support and assistance to the International Aid Department and coordinated support to other Administrative staff. This position will report directly to the International Programs Manager.
Teaching Assistant – Biomedical Engineering
Teaching Assistant will serve as research and administrative assistant to the VP and Director of the Biomedical Technologies Department, in support of the Biomedical Repair Training Program, while developing the tools and skills of becoming an instructor.
Warehouse Supervisor
A working supervisory position in a medical supply shipping warehouse. The position is hands-on and involves coordination and control of daily warehouse activities, overseeing inventory and processing orders. The warehouse supervisor will report to the International Programs Manager.
Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET)
Repair and maintain diagnostic and therapeutic biomedical equipment. Responsible for the complete processing cycle of repair and refurbishing of biomedical equipment. Responsible for maintenance of the biomedical repair laboratory.
