Donor Asset Management System
The Donor Asset Management Systems is a secure, web based application that allows organizations to quickly and conveniently donate medical supplies and equipment to MediSend. Organizations may donate the following items through the Donor Asset Management System:
1. Supplies
2. Equipment
3. Biomedical Equipment
Once logged in, donors see a personalized view of their organization's donation activities with MediSend. Major functions of the Donor Asset Management System include:
- Create and manage multiple donation (pickup) locations for the organization
- Donate medical supplies, equipment and biomedical equipment to MediSend general inventory
- Donate supplies, equipment and biomedical equipment to a specific hospital wishlist
- View the progress of open donations
- View past donations (pickups, drop off and asset management donations)
- View the status of individually donated items and shipment history
- Print donation tax receipts for individual donations
- Save a donation and complete it at a later date
